I've made the big time now. I had my first visitors from outside the U.S. The site meter told me that I got a visit from someone in Ontario, Canada and someone in the Dominican Republic.

I got a visit from Egypt this week, my first from Africa.
First, the sermon is about looking at the Christian life and all that goes with it from an eternal perspective. Hardships are not opportunities for this life. Our hardships are just hard now, and our trials just try us now. Second, the context of the statement "view life's hardships as opportunities" in the sermon comes from verse 17 that says "momentary, light affliction is producing for us and eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison." I was saying that our hardships can be viewed as opportunities to produce eternal glory since that's what Paul says they do. All this is talking to Christians also...you can't have eternal glory if you're not a believer...Does this help???
